Set on a beautiful 2,000-acre land trust, The Trade offers young adults a lodge-style home shared with peers and surrounded by a sustainably managed forest; miles of hiking, biking, and backcountry ski trails; an outdoor recreation center; and a luxury wellness retreat. Each day brings meaningful, hands-on work—caring for the land, learning trades, and contributing to a community rooted in purpose and belonging.
