The Trade is more than a program or a school — it’s a launchpad for young adults ready to build a life on their own terms.
Designed for ages 18–30, The Trade combines hands-on work, independent living, outdoor adventure and personal growth in a supportive community.
Our approach is simple but powerful: real-world experience, personal responsibility, and a no-nonsense belief in every individual’s ability to grow. Apprentices live together, develop vocational skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and take ownership of their lives — all while surrounded by mentors who challenge and support them with honest feedback and professional skill.
This isn’t therapy.
