What does a season at The Trade look like?

1. Make your Personalized Development Map

Identify your possible paths by discussing your goals and possible interests with your mentors.

2. Get to work

Integrate into the community with mentor support, through thoughtful feedback and by adjusting your path according to your needs. Engage in work experience, participate in the homestead life, and celebrate successes big and small.

3. Recalibrate

Take stock of the skills you’re building with us. Celebrate what you can do well on your own now, and identify what needs more work so you can take meaningful next steps. At the end, you will be able to navigate independently and build new maps for your future.
