Program
It is common for new Apprentices to arrive with low confidence, few healthy relationships, and no clear path, or even the motivation to move forward, into adulthood. Lots of our young people want a different life, but they are either unsure of how to do it on their own or haven’t had the benefit of professionals who can understand their individual needs while also challenging them to “figure it out.”
If an Apprentice wants to build a life of their own and is willing to work with us, they will progress.
Hospitality
Land Stewardship
Construction
Auto/machine repair
Over the course of three structured phases, participants gain experience in multiple trades, learn independent living skills, and grow through hands-on work, mentorship, and personal reflection. Each apprentice starts with exposure to our four core trades — Hospitality, Construction, Land Stewardship, and Auto/Machine Repair — and develops foundational life skills that make independent living not only possible but fulfilling. As Apprentices move through the phases, they take on more responsibility, explore personal interests, and even earn paid roles within the program.
We believe that everyone — no matter their learning style or past history — is wired to thrive and meaningfully contribute to the world.

Our program helps Apprentices learn to fulfill three core human needs: Relatedness, competence, and autonomy.
They learn to do this from real-world responsibility, honest feedback, and experiential learning.
